Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Angelo State University and a Master’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. He is a past board member of the Financial Planning Association of Middle Tennessee and currently serves as a deacon at Immanuel Church.
